Emma G turned 3!!

It is so hard to believe that our little Emma G is now 3! She is such an amazing little girl, so sweet, so smart and such a great Big sister. We had a fun birthday party and were so lucky to have Josh, Krisha and adorable Shepherd Grace here to celebrate with us! Emma loved her new school house, writing easel, new Tag reading system, jewelry box and especially her new book "Big Sister, Little Sister" from baby Ava. We are reading it everyday and I love how it talks about the personalities of each sister which fit our girls to a T. Thank you to all our awesome friends for joining in the birthday festivities with us. Dad made yummy burgers with grilled corn in the husk and homemade pickles and ice cream. I think the pickles were a favorite.....curry, wine brine and spicy. He used easy recipe from Food & Wine magazine. Mom was in charge of the cake which was an all day adventure but Emma loved it! Happy Birthday to our "first baby"!
